Pretty soon you’re going to start thinking about your new year’s resolutions and all the things you want to accomplish in 2023 (if you haven’t already). But if you don’t get clear on how you’re going to meet those goals, then you’re going to end up spending all of 2023 accepting less than you deserve. Trust me on that. Its time for us to get rid of that which no longer serves us and find the things that bring us more joy. It is time to end denial, stop the controlling and clingy behaviors, end the drama, and start with a new truth. In this workshop we will pull back the curtain on codependency. We will bring in a new level of awareness on control, caretaking, gratitude, acceptance and feelings. Drop the victim role forever and start loving ourselves. Come into this safe environment to share what you have been through and learn what others have been through. So, who do you want to be one year from right now? It’s time to start thinking about what you want your next 12 months to look like. No matter what your goals are over the next year.
