You're a human being, not a human doing, and you simply can't do everything for everyone. This course explores and tackles the ways that codependency affects you, but even more importantly, how to repair it so that you can finally live the life you desire on your terms.

This is a 4 week class that will focus on Self Esteem and Confidence building.This class meets twice a week Tuesday and Saturdays for a month. Put away all the old baggage and start your new confident life.

This is a 5 week goal setting class. Do you have goals? Short term? Long Term? This will teach you how to set goals and achieve them.
